Monecho is a modern and practical software, adapted to cardiologists (because it was developed based on the advice of cardiologists).
For different reasons :
- You can use it with a simple internet connection wherever you are (even from an iPhone).
- It is linked to the ultrasound scanner or the ECG, which allows instant retrieval of measurements and images (stills or loops) in the report: Time savings ++
- It is adapted to the different cardiologist practices with customizable standard reports: Consultation, Ultrasound, vascular doppler, Pediatric cardiac doppler echo, Fetal cardiac doppler echo, There is the possibility of retrieving the last report of the patient and update it.
- Exchanges of encrypted documents with correspondents are easy because they directly come from the Software.
- It is constantly evolving to adapt it to new needs and recommendations from the profession.
Monecho is an intuitive and very easy to use software that perfectly suits my activity as a midwife sonographer. It allows me to write quality ultrasound reports that meet the requirements of learned societies. Pregnancy follow-up is facilitated by the possibility of generating prescriptions and letters. I archive in a very simple way all the documents concerning the follow-up of the patient results, consultation report and administrative documents. The accounting module facilitates day-to-day management. Finally, patients are delighted to access their ultrasound report and ultrasound images via the medifile app. This app also allows us to exchange securely with patients. To sum up, I won't be able to work without iMonEcho anymore !!!

iMonEcho software is ergonomic, and the handling is easy and fast.
This software is scalable and customizable. Monecho is in fact developing its software by taking user feedback into account in order to meet their expectations as closely as possible.
The interface between MonEcho and Doctolib is very practical. Retrieving the Doctolib administrative capsule to the “Monecho patient information sheet” saves precious time.
MonEcho team is very available and very responsive. The support provides a complete training so the user is able to work alone quickly, and we can create new documents without having to go through MonEcho!
The software also allows you to tag images or quickly search for information by "key words", which is very practical for users when presenting files to the CPDPN or for training sessions.
iMonEcho software is very easy to learn. It has enabled our medical practice to develop its network thanks to the simple sending of reports by email with images to our correspondents. All the feedback we have is very positive. Patients are also delighted to have the possibility of retrieving and keeping all their images on their smartphone as well as on their computer. In addition, MonEcho's team is always available to answer questions or to develop the software.
